About Me

I have more than 27 years of experience as a lawyer in a wide range of legal issues, from consulting on corporate and contract law matters to representation in civil and administrative court cases.

I have been practising as an attorney at law since 2005. I gained experience in international law firms by working on complex projects that required high level of attention and effort. Recently, I specialized in pre-trial and judicial dispute resolution.

The nature of disputes – managers’ civil liability, shareholders’ disputes, share squeeze-out, unfair competition, insurance disputes, maritime claims, breach of contracts, compensation for damages, consumer rights’ protection, etc.

I also specialize in intellectual property law (copyright, trademarks, patents), privacy and media law. I have consulted and prepared legal documentation for major film production projects that were produced in Lithuania (TV series “Chernobyl”, “War and Peace”, “Stranger Things”, etc.).

I am loyal and responsible. I devote all my attention to each new case or assignment, introduce the client to each stage of the process and put maximum efforts to achieve the most favourable result for the client.
